COOKIE QUESTIONS

Q: How do I place an order?
 

A: Please fill in the custom order form under the "Request Forms" tab and provide as much details as possible. Please include theme, colors, quantity and event date.

Q: What is the price of your cookies?

 

 $75.00 Each Dozen.

Custom cookies have a two dozen minimum (this must be the same Theme for both dozens)


 

Q. What is the minimum amount of cookies that can be ordered?

 

A. The minimum amount per order is 2 dozen


 

Q. How long do the cookies stay fresh?

 

A. Each cookie is individually bagged and heat sealed to keep fresh for 3 weeks.  Cookies will last longer if frozen, up to 3 months.

 

Q. When is payment due?

 

A.  Invoice will be sent once the order information has been finalized. Your payment is due within 48 hours from the time your invoice is sent, Cookie orders are NOT BOOKED until the invoice is paid in full. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

 

A. Orders may be cancelled 2 weeks before your pickup date for a full refund, or within 14 days before your pick up date.  If you need to cancel after the 14 days window, a 25% fee is kept and is non refundable to cover ingredients cost loss.

Q. Do you deliver?

 

A:  Unfortunately NO not at this time. My cookies are for PICK UP ONLY in the Leon Springs/Boerne Tx. area.

Q: Do you ship your cookies?
 

A: NO, not at this time. 


Q: How much advance notice is required for ordering cookies?
 

A: For custom cookie orders it's never too early to order.  I do need a minimum of 3 weeks notice for a custom cookie order, keep in mind that some custom orders will require a custom made cookie cutter and the cutter can take weeks to be made. Orders requested after the 3 week notice will be charged a rush fee (if there is any availability in my calendar).

Q: Do you offer nut free or gluten-free cookie options?
 

A: Unfortunately NO not at this time.
